Created in 1917 by Louis Cartier in honor of the allied tank forces of World War I, the Tank model is the most recognizable watch within the Cartier Collection. This unisex Cartier Tank Francaise Chronograph, reference W51024Q3, showcases the masterful craftsmanship given to the creation of every Cartier piece. A rectangular stainless steel case surrounds the silver dial that houses the three sub dials of the chronograph; 30 minute register at four, 12 hour register at eight and date display at twelve. A pair of metallic blue hands marks the quartz movement, which is shown through the painted black Roman numerals as markers. Finishing this piece is the original Cartier stainless steel bracelet and stainless steel double folding clasp. Watch is accompanied by a Cartier box, manual and pouch. This watch is in good condition with scuffing on the case, case back and bracelet.
